  • Select the desired color and/or size and click "Add to Cart". You can continue shopping and return to your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon at the top right. Keep in mind that placing items in your cart does not automatically reserve them.
  • Finished shopping? Click the cart icon at the top right to review your Zunier items. Adjust quantities if needed, then click "Proceed to Checkout". You'll be directed to the checkout page where you can enter all your details on one page.

Please note: After you have completed your order, no changes can be made, as we begin processing it immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.


Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Germany 🇩🇪 — We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Germany. Express options are available at an additional cost.

Spain 🇪🇸 — We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Spain (Peninsula). Express options are available at an additional cost. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may have different rates shown at checkout.

Although we take great care in packaging, products may occasionally be damaged during transit. If this happens, contact us right away so we can resolve it promptly.


What are the delivery times?

We strive to process orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM (CET) the same day. Due to high demand and our quality assurance process, the average delivery time is 5–10 business days. Some remote areas or islands may require a few additional days.


Can I track my delivery?

Yes — all orders are shipped with tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a link to your order status page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.


What if I'm not home during delivery?

If you're not home when your package arrives, the carrier will leave it at a nearby pickup point or a secure location.

  • Germany 🇩🇪: Your parcel may be redirected to a DHL Packstation, DPD Paketshop, or a local post office. You'll receive a notification with the pickup location and instructions. Packages are held for up to 7 business days before being returned to us.
  • Spain 🇪🇸: Your parcel may be left at a Correos office, a MRW pickup point, or another nearby location. You'll receive a notification from the carrier. Packages are held for up to 7 business days before being returned to us.

Incorrect address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and complete. Since we process orders as quickly as possible, there is only a very short window to correct an address error. Contact us immediately at support@zunierr.com if you believe you've entered the wrong address.


Lost or stolen package

Zunier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 60 days of the stated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.


Your Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the European Union (including Germany and Spain), you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. For full details, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
