Where is Zunier located? : Zunier is based in the United States, with a warehouse located in Spain. We proudly deliver our products from our Spanish warehouse to customers across Spain and Portugal, ensuring fast and reliable shipping

How can I pay?
At Zunier, we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our main payment method.
This means you pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your address.
Is Cash on Delivery safe?
Yes. Our delivery partners handle COD securely. You’ll receive your product first, and then make your payment directly to the courier upon delivery.
Order
I receive a confirmation of my order? : Yes, after each completed order you will receive an order confirmation by whatsapp.
What if I have not received an order confirmation? : If you have not received an order confirmation, first check your spam or unwanted whatsapp folder. If you cannot find the confirmation there either, please contact us via support@zunierr.shop so that we can help you.
Can I cancel my order? : Yes, you can cancel your order by sending an whatsapp before 5 pm on the day of order support@zunier.shop. State your name, order number and order date in the whatsapp. Please note that your order may already have been taken in processing and therefore can no longer be canceled.
Dispatch
What are the shipping costs? : Shipping is free for all orders over €50 within Spain. For orders below this amount, standard shipping fees will apply and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
When will my order be sent? : We strive to send all orders that were placed on workdays before 5 p.m..
What is the delivery time of my order? : We process and ship all orders within 24–48 hours from our warehouse in Spain. Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days, depending on your location within Spain. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product and demand, so please check the information provided on each product page. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package step by step.
Exchange and return
What is your return policy? : You have the right to return an item within 14 days, without giving reason. You will then receive the full order amount refunded to your account. The costs of return shipment are for your own account.
How can I return an item? : Contact our customer service vial support@zunierr.shop And report that you want to return an item. You will receive instructions for returning the product. Send the product back in the original packaging and in new condition. As soon as the product has been received in good order, we will deposit the full purchase amount back within 14 days to the account with which the purchase in question was made. Keep in mind that as stated in our general terms and conditions, the return costs are at your own risk and the order abroad (Asia) must be returned. Returns to another address are not reimbursed.
Can I exchange an article? : Most articles can be exchanged. For this, contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt via support@zunierr.shop . After receiving the product to be exchanged, we will send the new product to you.
What should I do if my order has arrived or incomplete? : Contact our customer service via as soon as possible support@zunierr.shop
Service & Warranty
What is your warranty policy? : All our products has a legal warranty. This means that a product is or should do what you can expect as a consumer in all reasonableness. If a product does not meet these expectations, you are entitled to free repair, a new product or refund of your money. The product must function properly with normal use. If this is not the case, we will ensure a suitable solution.
How do I claim warranty? : Contact our customer service via support@zunierr.shop And describe the problem as detailed as possible. If possible, add photos or videos to clarify the problem. Our team will then assist you as soon as possible and propose a suitable solution.
